Your natural gas account was enrolled in the Wesley Hills CCA program in November 2020.  The Wesley Hills CCA program was a two year program that will expire in November 2022.  The letter from O&R was to advise Wesley Hills residents that their natural gas accounts are begin returned to O&R on their last meter read in November 2022 for their supply as per the CCA contract requirements.  The program has reached its end and Great American will no longer be the supplier for the CCA program.  .

This is due to changes that the NY PSC made to the natural gas product requirements that ESCO’s can offer residential customers.  We currently do not have a product that meets the new requirements.  However, we are working on new products that may soon become available.
