Constellation Gas Customers FAQ

Will I receive notification regarding the Assignment of my account? Yes, Constellation mailed you a letter on June 12, 2024, with details of your transfer and information on how to opt-out of the Assignment. Additionally, your utility company also notified you in writing about your service transfer to GAGE.

When will the transfer take place? Your service will start flowing with GAGE on your first meter read date after the “opt out” period has passed. Some accounts may start as early as mid-July 2024.

Will there be a change in the cost or terms of my natural gas contract because of this transfer? No. There will be no change in the price, terms, or conditions of service for the remaining term of your natural gas contract.

Can I opt out of this Assignment and change suppliers or go back to the utility? Yes. You have 30 days from the date of your transfer letter to opt out of the Assignment without any penalties. However, should you opt out after the opt out date has passed, you may be subject to any early termination fees associated with your existing Agreement.

Do I need to take any action as a result of this transfer? No. Customers do not need to take any action, unless you are tax-exempt customer. Tax-exempt customers must submit their current certificate to support@ga-ge.com.

What if I have a billing question or if my rate is billed incorrectly? If you have a billing issue, including issues with the rate you are being charged on your account, please contact GAGE using the form below and select the “CEG billing and rate option”.

Who can I contact with additional questions or concerns? Please contact GAGE’s Customer Support Team at support@ga-ge.com or 866-269-9393. GAGE’s support hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. If you prefer to leave us a voice mail, a member of the Support team will return your message within 24-72 business hours.
